Travel data, with clear limits and verifiable outcomes
TravelSpy is a travel-sector data platform focused on configured first-party event collection, live event updates and booking outcomes supplied by customer systems.
What the platform supports today
Customers can configure consent-aware first-party travel events, receive persistent stream updates, submit permitted identity assertions and send confirmed booking outcomes through an authenticated server-side integration.
Those integrations depend on a customer’s systems, identifiers, consent configuration and data-processing arrangements. TravelSpy does not automatically connect every signal source or booking provider.
What is not currently available
- Predictive booking probabilities or expected spend values.
- Automatic cross-device identity resolution.
- Automatic supplier inventory packaging or pricing.
- Performance outcomes guaranteed across customers.
Principles for travel data
A useful data workflow should make its inputs, permissions and limitations understandable.
Customer-controlled inputs
First-party events, identity assertions and booking outcomes must be configured by the customer.
Consent and purpose
Customers are responsible for configuring collection to meet applicable consent, privacy and data-processing requirements.
Evidence before claims
Any performance claim should be assessed against customer booking records and an appropriately designed randomised holdout.
