Destination organisations

Understand engagement with destination content

Use consent-aware first-party engagement signals to understand how visitors interact with destination information and campaign content.

The problem

What this usually looks like today

  • Destination engagement is spread across websites, campaign landing pages and partner referrals.
  • Content interest does not by itself establish travel intent or a future booking.
  • Partner-level booking evidence depends on participating suppliers and agreed data sharing.
The change

Example workflows

Example workflow 1

Measure consented engagement with destination pages and campaign content.

Example workflow 2

Compare first-party engagement with permitted partner-reported outcomes.

Example workflow 3

Keep destination interest separate from verified travel or booking claims.

Current capabilities

What is available today

Consent-aware signal collection

First-party events can be collected through the configured TravelSpy integration, subject to your consent setup and data-processing requirements.

Live event updates

The persistent event stream can deliver updates to configured clients; event meaning and downstream actions remain under your control.

Identity and booking integrations

Identity assertions require your configured, permitted identifiers. Confirmed booking outcomes can be submitted through the authenticated server-side integration.

Integration requirements

What your team needs to configure

  • Configure first-party tagging and consent handling for your website or app.
  • Connect identity only through identifiers and permissions your organisation controls.
  • Implement the authenticated server-side booking outcome feed where verified bookings are needed.

Important limitations

TravelSpy does not currently provide predictive booking probabilities or spend values, automatic supplier inventory packaging, or default cross-device identity. Identity and outcome analysis depends on your configured integrations; event matching is deterministic.

Discuss your travel data integration

Tell us about your website, consent setup and booking systems so we can confirm which TravelSpy event and outcome interfaces fit your requirements.
